There are 2 assignment configuration options in the app. First is manuel assignment. It is possible to assign directly survey form to user, groups, roles. This is manuel assignment that can be done from survey form management screen. Second option is automatic assignment. If you want to trigger survey assignment by workflow step, you can create an automatic assignment configrutaion from Survey Listener Management screen
